How it works
- A confidential first call with you or your representative
- Review of survey, class, and maintenance records
- Coordination with your captain and crew on timing
- Documentation and flag transfer
- Move to a U.S. port, if needed, with a licensed delivery crew
Working with your advisors
Most owners involve a broker, attorney, and tax advisor. We share what they need and keep the process on their schedule. A qualified appraisal is usually required for a vessel at this value.
Flag and location
We accept vessels located in the 50 states. Foreign-flagged yachts can often be reflagged as part of the transfer. Ask us early.
Makes we see often
Feadship, Benetti, Westport, Christensen, Trinity, Delta Marine, Burger, Hargrave, Lürssen, Sunseeker, Azimut, Ocean Alexander, and Hatteras.
Not on the list? It is here to help you find your boat, not to limit what we take. We accept every make and model, listed or not, including rare builders and companies that closed decades ago. A donation depends on the boat's condition and paperwork, never the name on the hull, so enter yours on the form even if you do not see it here.
Questions
Do you work with my broker?
Yes. Many superyacht donations start with a call from the broker.
What about crew?
We coordinate with your captain on handover timing so crew transitions are orderly.
Is the conversation confidential?
Yes. We do not share owner or vessel details.
