Yes, case by case. Bravo and Volvo DP drives in good shape usually qualify.
The engine froze over the winter. Is it still worth anything?
Sometimes for parts. Send photos and we will tell you honestly.
Can the engine still be in the boat?
If you are donating the boat, yes. For the engine alone, have your yard remove it first.
